Bird & Bean Coffee House is the perfect place to host small or medium-sized gatherings, whether for birthday or engagement parties, business meetings, or class reunions. The warm, cozy atmosphere of our shop in the evening is certain to make you feel right at home during your event. Being in the heart of downtown Dothan, guests will also be able to enjoy the beautiful views Foster Street has to offer just outside the front windows.

Venue rental

Please fill out the form below for information on available dates, pricing, and any needs you may have, and we will get in touch with you as soon as we can. Weekday and Saturday rentals are available from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Sunday rentals are available at any mutually agreed upon time.

Rental Fees & Deposit

The base rate for renting the space is $150/hr and is subject to higher rates depending on services needed. Payment of $100 deposit is due at the time of signing of contract. Remainder of balance is due no later than one week before the event. Only payments in cash or check will be accepted. Checks are to be made payable to Cygnus Coffee House, LLC.

Access to our equipment is not allowed.
